Mined from deep within the heart of Outback Australia, the Opal is cut, polished and sent to the shores of Monkey Mia in Western Australia. It is then implanted into the Pteria Penguin shellfish. Over the next 12 months the Pearl grows engulfing the Opal to produce a naturally unique gem.
